Report
Send the affected hostname, address or URL, precise evidence, a timestamp with timezone, and the urgency of the case.
Validate
We check that the report identifies our service, is technically credible, and contains enough context to act safely.
Contain
Urgent high-risk activity may be suspended immediately, including malware command and control, phishing, credential theft, DDoS, spam, CSAM, terrorism, or a valid legal order.
Notify and review
Where safe and practical, we notify the customer, request remediation, document the action, and preserve an escalation or appeal path.
Report abuse
Give us enough evidence to investigate quickly.
